We keep your uploaded media and generated transcripts only as long as needed to provide the service — not indefinitely.

The 30-day window

Uploaded audio/video files, and the transcripts and caption files (SRT/VTT/TXT) generated from them, are automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after upload. You can re-download your original media or captions at any time before that window closes.

What is not affected

Your account details and billing/credit history are kept separately for as long as your account remains active, so your balance and job history stay intact even after the underlying media is deleted.

Deleting sooner

If you need media or transcripts removed before the 30-day window, email support@transpeaker.com and we will delete it manually.
