This policy explains what PixelPleno LTDA ("TranSpeaker", "we") collects when you use transpeaker.com and the TranSpeaker application, and how we handle it.
What we collect
Account information: your email address and authentication data when you register or sign in.
Media you upload: the audio/video files you submit for transcription and translation, plus the transcripts and caption files (SRT/VTT/TXT) generated from them.
Billing information: credit purchases are processed by Stripe; we store the resulting transaction and credit-balance records, not your raw card details.
How we use it
To run the transcription and translation pipeline, show you a live cost preview, and let you preview and download your captions.
To operate your account, respond to support requests, and maintain records required for billing and fraud prevention.
Sub-processors
We rely on OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, FFmpeg and Stripe to deliver the service. Uploaded audio/video is sent to our speech-recognition sub-processors solely to generate your transcript; billing data is handled by Stripe.
Retention
Uploaded media and the transcripts/captions generated from it are automatically deleted 30 days after upload, so your content does not sit on our servers indefinitely. Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active plus any period required by law. See our Data Retention page for details.
Your rights
You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@transpeaker.com.
