These terms govern your use of transpeaker.com and the TranSpeaker application, operated by PixelPleno LTDA. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
TranSpeaker converts audio and video you upload into transcripts, translations and caption files (SRT/VTT/TXT). New accounts start with 10 free credits; beyond that, the service is pay-as-you-go with no subscription.
Billing
Credits are purchased in advance through Stripe and spent as media is processed — approximately one credit per minute of media, per language. A live cost preview is shown before every job starts. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for a billing error.
Acceptable use
You may only upload media you have the right to process. You may not use the service for content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.
Your content
You retain ownership of the media you upload and the transcripts/captions generated from it. We process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and automatically delete it after the retention window described there.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". Transcription and translation are generated automatically and may contain errors — always review captions before publishing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in São Paulo, Brazil, where PixelPleno LTDA is based.
